It was kind of hard to find at first. It's on the road between Guitar Center and the Amazon center. I missed it the first couple times I drove past cuz its just a plain ATM with minimal signage.

Notary would notarize because I had a line regarding where I was staying in another country, and since she couldn't read the address she refused the sign. I swear the notary's job was to confirm I was signing, not anything more

If this is how they treat preferred customers, I wonder how they treat customers they don't prefer. I agreed to a credit card yesterday based on a $200 incentive. This would only work if they got the card to me overnight. The delivery is now scheduled for 3 days. The delay is costing me money with a contractor. The incentive is wiped out. The representative's phone number on the business card takes me to the voicemail of an employee who isn't there anymore. I cannot reach a human anywhere. Stay away. Stay far away.

I don't understand why nothing has changed at this bank. For years I've had to come here for work deposits and each and every time the line is out of control with typically one teller working. I would never open a bank account here and recommend others not too. I have never had this issue at td bank in Milford or Webster bank in Orange. None of the staff ever seem to care, it's ridiculous

This is the worst bank I have ever worked with. I think they enjoy making you wait. Sitting in the drive through for at least 10 minutes no hello no thank you. Time to go to anywhere else

The tellers there are wonderful the problem is that there is never enough of them working at the same time. As I type this review I've been the only car sitting in the drive-thru for going on 25 minutes!!! I can see there is a line inside but only two tellers. Totally overwhelmed, I can't see how they stay in business operating this way. They are not the only game in town.

I have been a customer of bank of America with my wife for over 10 years. We applied for a cash out mortgage on our paid in full house. In a nut shell we waited almost 2 months for them to tell us that they needed more information from us? When we had already left the information with them. They '' misplaced '' it and blamed us for them loosing the information in thier vault. Then said that they could not help us? Left there went to keybank and was approved for a mortgage in less than 10 days. Pretty sad. Don't rely on this bank to care about you or your situation. I felt as if we did not matter. No follow-up calls from them and when I made follow-up calls they said that I was impatient and didn't understand that this process takes a long time. Sad day when bank of America does not care about its long term customers. Closing our account and moving our business hopefully to a more customer centric bank.

Worst ever! Cancel your accounts and run fast from this greedy outfit. Have a Bank of America check to cash, and do not have an account there? For shame. Attitude given, $8.00 per check charge, no matter how small the check, AND they make you ink and put your thumbprint on the front of the checks. Guess I was lucky I wasn't strip-searched too. Truly awful!! Never, ever, ever again.
