Batteries plus always seems to have what I need. The staff are complete battery nerds, and it is awesome. They are always able to answer any question I have about the products and the technology. I had the good fortune to meet the owner of the store, Joe, We had a great conversation about what I needed in a battery and I am certain I got the right one. I will definitely return to this store.

When my Apple Computer broke, and Apple didn't have the battery I needed, Batteries Plus came to the rescue with great, friendly service! They got my computer up and working and saved me from having to buy a new one. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and I was.

On 3/3 I brought a tablet in for a battery replacement. Told it will take about a week. Called 3/20. Told battery came in 3/19. Told tech was out sick will be back next week. They had it for 3 weeks. I picked it up. The tablet was running as slow as when I brought it in. I can not even reify if the battery was even replaced. I was told the old battery was discarded.
