Came here as a class for my cosmetology school to sign up as a student. They said they could not sign us up and we had to do it online ourselves, when other cosmoprof locations have done it in the past. Employee offered help after following us around the store and a series of eye rolls from the employees which seemed to be the manager (tall slim lady with blonde hair and tattoos)

There is never any products here, all of the shelves are consistently bare and it is only an issue at this location. If your looking to buy anything, chances are they definitely don't have and won't be getting it anytime soon.

They don't tell you they are closed from 1 to 1:30....you call, prepay because you want curbside, they say you can just come in, if I wanted to come in I wouldn't have asked for curbside, just get off the phone with them, tell them your coming, drive there because you're in a hurry and you get there, the place is closed for lunch.

The ladies that work here are always nice and friendly when I go in. The store has a large range of products from dyes to shampoos and brushes and other tools. You do need to be a licensed hair dresser to buy from here and for good reason. If you dont know what you are doing you could end up bald lol

horrible service! Tried to apply for a cosmo card and they gave me the hardest time, both ladies seemed completely clueless as how to even sign me up for the card. I showed them my license and they both looked at me confused and seemed irritated to help me. Unfortunately, this is the most convenient cosmo for me to go to, but I'd rather go all the way to bridgeport.

Never go into this store 15 min before they close to pick up some clean touch. They were so rude and said if I didn't hurry up the system was going to shut down. They're very unprofessional there. I'd rather give someone else the business. They were rushing me when the website said a different closing time. They got very upset when they stood a minute after the closing time and were complaining to me. For working in a salon professional store they surely don't know how to be professional !

My mother is a hair dresser just like the next American but always gets very poor service. They speak to her like they question her existence in that store and that makes her very upset. This store needs to rehire and train their employees better because I don't appreciate that they are racially profiling.
