“My wife had always said good things about Sikorsky Credit Union and I finally listened and checked them out. I went down on a Saturday without an appointment and was trying to see if I could secure a car loan. I was asking a lot for any day of the week let alone a Saturday. I was in a time crunch because the dealership said my offer would expire. I was lucky enough to have come across Agustin Saravia who is the Branch Manager. This guy was amazing! He was able to overcome some obstacles and set me up with a checking and savings account and secure a car loan for me all within a couple of hours. I cannot say enough good things about Agustin. “I just want to take a moment to shout out the bank teller at the credit union — she is truly a blessing to work with. Every visit, she greets me with kindness, patience, and real professionalism. She makes everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people.
It’s honestly a blessing to be able to go back to the Milford branch right by my house instead of having to drive all the way to Bridgeport because of how poor the service used to be. The difference now is night and day.
Her service is a huge improvement from the previous customer service experience I had. She goes above and beyond, and it shows. The credit union is lucky to have her, and I’m grateful every time I walk through those doors. Highly recommend seeing her if you want top-tier service!

“I love Connex. Was with them since I closed my garbage bank of america account for charging $5/Debit card transaction in 2009. I've had very few problems and I've gotten a few loans from them. The employees are sweethearts every time I go to the location, I can't recommend them enough!”
