Too often employees are underpaid or stores are short staffed so I want to preface my comments with I do not know the reason but getting someone on the phone is unreasonable almost to the point of negligence at this pharmacy. It's almost a half hour this time n I'm still listening to music waiting to hear about the status of my prescription as it's almost closing time. I need this prescription.

While I cannot comment about the pharmacy,Fransisco at the front is great at helping you out with any photo needs you have. He was very polite and explained how to use the photo imager which was a bit confusing.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy CVS location in the United States. The employees literally make things up. They claim they have certain return policies, when in fact they didn't. In addition they double billed your FSA cards fattening their wallets and screwing over customers. Steer clear of using the Orange CT CVS unless you want to get ripped off.

I can't even count how many times I've been disappointed and wasted my time trying to get scripts at this place. The people work hard, they are just over leveraged based on demand of this location. CVS headquarters get you shot together and expand this pharmacy to meet the demand. You lost another customer.

I needed my blood pressure med refilled and found out through my CVS app that it needed renewal from my doctor. 30 minutes later my doctors office approved and sent the refill to this CVS in orange ct. Where I have been filling my meds for 10 years. 2 days later my med was not refilled. I tried calling the store and no answer. I finally went to the store and after waiting on line for 20 minutes I was told that it was not refilled yet. They recently let go of a few employees and were behind. Two days? That makes no sense. She expedited my order and was told I had to wait 20 more minutes. The tech told me that they stopped answering the phones. No apology, no explanation except that they were busy. This excuse is not acceptable..I will begin to search for a new location in the morning.

Literally the WORST cvs pharmacy to ever go to. No one can give help you and no one can even tell you where to stand in their ridiculously long and unsafe lines. They're not making anyone follow the rules and it's just a free for all. Never going back there.

Stay away!!! They chewed up 3 lunch hours in a row. I mean, while lunch hours plus travel time. First day I waited an hour and they didn't have what was on the prescription. Second day they told me it was ordered wrong, the order will be placed and in the next morning. Just went again (at lunch) and the order wasn't ready yet, they put it together after 45 more minutes of waiting, the price they gave me was different then on day 1. I asked them if I could open the bag because I didn't trust them. Of course they got it wrong, the syringes weren't right which caused it to be a lot more money. They said the ones on the prescription were on back ordered so they switched them. I never had any issues with Walgreens in another state, figured I would give CVS a try for convenience of going at lunch. Never again! If I could give them negative stars, I would. After this experience, I may have to get another prescription for anxiety, lol. I mean, isn't this what you do? Prescriptions? How incompetent can you be and still have a job? They should all get jobs in the government, or weather people.

This update is only based on an experience I had recently when I needed to apply for a new passport, and found they did passport photos for about $15. Seemed easy enough. BTW, its not hard to find a whopping $2 coupon for CVS. So I had the shot taken, they packed it nicely, and the size is predetermined and useable for a passport application. So I go to the post office, where this can be processed, and it turns out CVS should have known you cannot have a picture taken with glasses. (duh!) This isn't rocket science! Seems the good old PO can also shoot your picture for $15. So they did it without glasses. I could have gone back to have CVS redo it, but that would just be too aggravating. I'm getting aggravated just writing this.

I went to this location on 11/20/18 to get my yearly flu shot. There was a tall gentleman with glass on the phone in the pharmacy department being totally rude to someone on the phone constantly putting them on hold to verbally blast them out loud for not having their information correct. Then finally finds a way to get them off the home, then proceeded to start pounding the keyboard and ignore for another 15 minutes and never acknowledged I was in his presence . I finally broke the silence by asking is there a better time to return today for my flu shot. Only at this time did he speak stating your better off coming back after thanksgiving. I asked do you have the shots available. He stated yes but he is busy. Mind you I was the only person in the pharmacy department at this time. I stated to him, you seen my flu shot form sitting here on the counter as you scoffed at it when l pleased it on the counter then proceed to ignore me for than 25 minutes as you were rude to the person of the phone. What kind of customer service is this. I will never use your store again and will inform my staff to not come to this locations for any medicine / flu shot needs as this tall white gentleman with glasses has a horrible attitude. I understand we all have bad days but you chose to be a public servent to assistance us with our prescriptions and shots needs and should conduct yourself as a professional at all times young man. CVS please fix this young man attitude ASAP or your store / pharmacy will suffer the consequences of his actions.

They can't seem to get their pricing correct. They have a discount that doesn't add up at the counter & then they fight you over it. I just paid & left because it wasn't worth the argument & inconveniencing other partons, so beware that their discounts don't seem to carry to the front.

I have been using the CVS pharmacy in Orange CT for over 10 years for family prescriptions. Unfortunately we have a lot of prescriptions each month. The pharmacy staff are amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. There have been many situations over the years in which I needed assistance dealing with prescription refills that had issues not typical of a refill and they were always able to remedy the problem. I highly recommend using them for your prescription needs. The store on the other hand has some issues. Over the past few years the customer service has gone down a bit.
