DOCS Urgent & Primary Care in Orange delivers quick medical help with no appointment needed. The place is easy to find and visits are pleasant. The facility had plenty of vaccinations when others were backordered, scheduling appointments immediately. Seeing the doctor was quick and pleasant. The staff is absolutely amazing, wonderful, kind, respectful, and patient. They truly care about the patients. The check-in process is smooth, with receptionists helping to fill out paperwork. Communication with the pharmacy is smooth, with medications received within two hours after a visit. The experience feels comfortable and welcoming, not like an urgent care just trying to get through the queue. The team supports long-term health with primary care services, chronic condition treatment, preventative care, and occupational health. This urgent care is highly recommended.
