I have been going here as the staff at the New Haven FedEx (on Whitney) are awful. The staff here are far more helpful, great for sending lots of stuff at the same time.

Had to print a large poster for an xmas gift and used the online printing and shipping option. My address entered without the street name and Giovani called me to get it updated the same day. He was super helpful and nice. Really recommend this shop if you need to print something :)

Gio was such a great help I was having trouble with the self serve and he saved and was so kind and most of all helpful and respectful. I will definitely be doing all of printing and shipping needs here and hopefully Gio will be there to help me
