Beautiful store with a great selection of high quality products at reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff were very helpful with design suggestions and made sure we purchased the correct flooring for our three-season porch. This will definitely be our first stop for future home improvement projects.

I'd give Floor Decor 10 stars if I could! From Kirsten helping me choose a new bathroom floor to Janine's patience with all my questions, I could not have been more pleased with the services that they provided. When the installers found a problem under the old tile floor that they were removing (caused by another company/installer), they quickly took action and stayed late to make sure that all was properly repaired before installing the new tile. The installers were amazing and kept me posted along the way. Janine's quick action with a challenge that came up after regular business hours was AMAZING! She jumped right in, putting in the extra work to make sure that I was 100% pleased with the results. Stellar job Floor Decor!

Absolutely wonderful experience, great communication, and they talked me through as a complete newbie. I did my own pickup -- which was a breeze -- and they were very helpful in helping me load the car. Great price, wonderful product, highly recommended.

We worked with Janine at Floor Decor for new luxury vinyl flooring in our kitchen and mudroom, a new carpet for our basement stairs, and a runner for our bedroom stairs. The service we received from Janine and Michael was outstanding. Janine was available and responsive for any of my questions. Michael came out to look at the stair noses and took the scrap pieces of carpet and bound them for us. They also upgraded the vent in our flooring to match the new floors. Their customer service was really outmatched- there's a huge value in being able to call or email and get a real person who can help you. I definitely recommend floor decor !

Very good experience all around. The sales teams worked within our budget (we price shopped) and found Floor Decor to be competitive. The installation team arrived right on time, was polite, profession, careful of our home and the finished product was a s good as it gets. Could ot have been more pleased.

Very happy with our decision to choose Floor Decor to complete our kitchen renovation. Owner came to the house for quote. Friendly, patient, and very thorough with explaining the process and differences in products. Work was completed 100% to our liking and was finished in less time than we would have ever thought. We are extremely pleased to have chosen Floor Décor for installing hardwood and LVP throughout the entire home (22,00 sft) . Mike and Janine were excellent when it came to communication. We were very pleased to have Fabian as our Lead hardwood installer. He was very professional and no-nonsense and very hardworking guy; also kudos to all his team members. Also, Mike communicated and made it happen to have our stair railings stained to match the new floor color. Very happy with the outcome.We also had our Quartz countertop through Floor Decor. Overall, we are pleased with the countertop, but Discover ( I think they are the third party fabricator from Massachusetts) were little sloppy when it came to installation. We had to call them and have them fix couple of issues 1. Seam joint was not great. A guy who came from Discover tried to explain how they cut for the butt joint and that is why the seam joint were wide apart. Sorry, I won't buy your rationale. 2. The space between countertop for the range was ridiculously tight. They had to take the countertop out and cut it on the site; which was ok but didn't come out that great - line was not straight. I think the problem was - couple of rookies taking their chances.Overall, sincere thanks to Mike and Janine for exceptional service.Cheers.

With honesty, I can firmly recommend Mike and Floor decor. In actuality, we weren't able to use them for either of the jobs we priced out, but the entire time, Mike and the team were receptive, customer oriented, communicative and overall great. I would definitely recommend them

When we were researching different providers we were a little skeptical here because we only saw glowing reviews. We now understand why.We used Floor Decor to install LVT in two bedrooms and a hallway in our condo. There were many cuts, corners and doorways to work around. There was also a rather tricky issue at the top of the stairs that needed to be dealt with. The work the installers did was outstanding, and the floors look great! They really took the time to do the job the right way, rather than "good enough". The crew was very polite and professional. They were very neat and clean, even sweeping up our garage where they had set up their saw.We had looked at the big box stores, but preferred to deal with a smaller local business. We're glad we ended up with Floor Decor and would recommend them without hesitation.

So happy I used Floor Decor. I went by all the reviews I had read on line. From the fast in home measuring to the installation was seamless. Communication was easy and the price was great. They offered great suggestions too. The installations were professional, on time and neat. My kitchen floor are beautiful.
