I ordered a brand new Weber E325 Grill and had Home Depot put it together for me. They delivered it and when I got home, I noticed there were some important parts missing from it such as the top rack and the flame covers to protect the burners. They sent out a 2nd Grill and the Ignition to light the burners didnt work on that one. They don't do a check to make sure it's put together and it's lazy, unprofessional and a major problem. Ordered a Grill from Hemlock Hardware which was at my house 3 Hours later and fully functional. They never put in for my refund and I had to call them 2 weeks later to make sure it was done. Buy Elsewhere

I’ve been reported by Homedepot to credit bureau for never missing a payment or not using more then 30% of my credit usage, yeah like what??? But when you call customer service they just blame the credit bureau and that there reports are submitted without any explanation!? What a complete joke! Oh well I’ll be closing my account for sure!! Bye Homedepot!
