Was just there yesterday. Nails look ok but the experience was sub par. Their foot and leg massages were just someone lightly running their hands over you without actually doing anything. They didn’t do some of the services they normally do, but for the same price. So disappointed on how lack luster the services were here. Had been coming for years. Won’t be returning.

I come here every two weeks, but this last time was awful. They burnt my eyebrow when they were waxing it. My daughter got tips with powder dip and two days later her pinky tip feel off. Finally, when they did my pedicure, they filed the nail too low and my toe is throbbing.

not only did they fail to acknowledge me, they quickly turned me away when i asked for an eyebrow wax saying “they didnt have time” …. there was one worker sitting in the back just staring at me :/ i understand its really busy but with the failure to acknowledge my presence it made it feel a little disrespectful . until there was two other ladies who came in after me is when someone came up. i very disappointed, that felt like poor customer service. no “you can come in another time, or a little later in the evening” … i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Awesome place! I feel like now a days it’s hard to find a good nail salon. I had such a great experience at iSpa. Very clean, super friendly, a little on the pricier side than usual but what isn’t these days. There are complimentary drinks with your service as well which is super nice. Kelly did an amazing job with my pedicure and I plan on this being my new spot.

So worth the money. I got a blue manicure with little tunas on it. To make it more realistic, they sprinkled some tuna juice! It was only $100!!

Had an appt picked a color, sat in chair, they said she was at lunch 5 minutes wait but was already 10 min waited… 3 other walk in sat and got started before me without appt..I left and will not return after 4 years going there

Beautiful salon with friendly staff and great results! My daughter got a full set of gels and they are gorgeous! Clean and well kept tools. Really impressed and not bad prices either!

Bad attitude. Bad service. I requested powder refill with gel knowing my length and shape, nails would break otherwise. They didn't know what I was talking about so no choice but dip. 2 days later nail broke like I told them it would. Not worth the price or the pain of cuticules being filed off either.

Took one hour to get powder gel off. Then when she filed my nails she filed my skin and I bled. Also no heat it was freezing in there.

I have been attending I spa nails for over 5 years and I am very pleased with their service. These are my natural nails and for the most part I like to get Gel, I have also try dip powder. I recommend both although gel will give your nails a more natural look. Over a month ago, I met Lily and she has been doing an excellent job in both my hands and feet. I highly recommend her. I usually don’t do any special design for Halloween but she gave me the confidence to try something new. Would not recommend this place if you want someone who knows what they are actually doing and the people working there really don't and they would charge you for a bad service and get mad when you come back to get the nails fixed, this lady literally damaged my nails and charged me $75 for it and it literally came off broken a few days later and also had the nerve to tell me during my appointment that she didn't have time for me so.

I was visiting from out of town and they still managed to squeeze me In last minute. Coco took amazing care of me, and between her attentiveness and outstanding detail and the wonderful massages, I was hooked! I just wish I lived closer! Very impressed with their customer service, their responsiveness, and the amazing manicure that Coco provided.
