“I highly recommend you coming here to wash and dry your clothes!!I am visiting the are and was recommended this location by a waitress at the Westville Diner. It is CLEAN and the staff (Jody and Jae) are so NICE and friendly!! They keep the place clean in between busy washing times!! I mean like actually cleaning off the tops of the washers, and scrubbing out the part where you put the detergent. I would trust them with my wash and fold if I was staying.There bathroom is clean as well. I felt safe the whole time I was there. (Went 3 times before leaving). I drove about 20 minutes to get here and passed a few places… totally worth it!”

“Great spot for all your laundry and dry cleaning needs. I dropped off my laundry around 3pm, the gentleman asked if I wanted it that same evening, or in the morning. They have a great turnaround service and are very thorough with their cleaning. I forgot that my laundry bag had 2 of my work dress shirts in the mix, when I picked up my laundry, they were hung and dry cleaned. The establishment is very clean and kept up. The staff is awesome and they make sure that you feel welcomed. DC”

“My first time going there was today and I was greeted by a lady who explained everything to me in a very kid way. When I stopped it was later in the afternoon and they rushed to get my clothes done by closing so I would have a clean uniform for work in the morning, overall just a very nice and easy experience.”
“I have switched and I am so happy I could intentionally spill stuff on my comforter just to justify the trip. The important parts are that parking is convenient. There are plenty of machines and they are always ALL in working order. The place is clean as are the machines. Granted, there are busy times and I generally try to avoid them. Even on a busy day, people are respectful and don't disappear, leaving their stuff sitting for hours.”

“If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would. I’ve been living in New Haven for 5-6 years, and each time I need my laundry done, I drive to go here. The guy who runs this place isn’t only amazing at what he does, but he’s genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve ever been blessed to meet. His pickup/drop off service is super reliable, and great for when you don’t have the time to do your laundry! 10/10 experience each time I go here. Love this place and love the guy who runs it!”

Very clean, modern, and quiet laundry, staff is very friendly and helpful on uses of washing and drying machines made doing laundry very easy going. Forgot my detergent! they have a list and various products for your laundry needs! Free WiFi , they even have drop off service will definitely be looking into that service, but yes no complaints, def worth checking out facility !”

“I've been using Ted's for years and they've always been great. I see that the 1 star reviews are from a few years ago. I know the ownership changed hands so let's hope the complaints are from the old owners. Honestly they have always been great and the tailor is fantastic too. This is my family's go-to cleaners for at least the past 16 years. Never once had a problem!”

“I love the location and it being coin operated. But, the outside of the machines should be deep cleaned at least twice a week. I always bring wipes and they are darken just from cleaning the handle and top of the machine. Otherwise its a great place.”
