Awful service. After telling me he would come for roadside assistance I called back to ask a question and he then said he would no longer help me. Very unprofessional, I didn’t think customers should have to beg for help from a company

Highly recommend Mike's Towing! My son was in a motorcycle accident and Mike's Towing had to tow the motorcycle to Orange PD for investigation (procedure because he was unconscious at the scene) and when it was released Mike's Towing had to pick it back up from Orange PD. One of the first things that Mike asked was how my son was doing! (He was banged up but home the next day!) . The motorcycle had no damage at all from towing two times and was sitting in his garage bay when I picked it up. They said they would help me load it up onto my trailer and they did it themselves! Quick and reliable. I locked my car at orange dumpster under rain and phone was inside. First car stopped had helped me call them and they arrived in no time quickly assisted. I had no wallet on me and they accepted through online payment. Thank you!

They did a great job but as it turned out my lovely car was just having a temper tantrum lol but having a Mercedes isn't any place nearby to take it so it's awesome to have someplace close by.
