“Collegian Movers were awesome, flexible, understanding, and professional. George, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and what’s more, saved me from utilizing another moving service with terrible business reviews and that would have likely up charged me (and wasn’t even local but instead one of those horror story moving brokers). For that alone I’m grateful, but then his awesome crew Aaron and Dwight were on time, professional, thoughtful, and expedient. They got my interstate (CT to MA) move done in 7ish hours and everything was as well handled / taken care of. I loathe moving so hope to not have to do it again, but if I did, I’d absolutely use Collegian again.”

“Yesterday on Route 67 I drove over something in the road and my tire went flat. I pulled into Action Moving and immediately two Action Moving employees came to my rescue. After removing the flat tire and before putting the spare on, they went back to the garage and put a plug in the flat tire in order for me to drive home at normal speeds which would have been impossible with the spare tire. To its credit, Action Moving's staff in my opinion have surpassed any and all expectations of chivalry and kindness in helping out a stranded motorist. Many thanks again to Carl and Egan (sp?), my two "knights in shining armor".”

“On 6/28/2025 I went to this U-haul store at1685 Dixwell Avenue in Hamden, CT. 06514, and was greeted with the best customer service that I've had in a very long time. General Manager Ricky Mcdonald went far and beyond to make sure that my cooking event proceeded without any problems. Some months ago a friend purchased me a brand new propane tank that I chose not to fill at the time of purchase. Well on the said date above I went to purchase some propane and fill the new tank. While attempting to fill this new tank Ricky and I realized that this tank had a defect with it and my day felt ruined. Well Ricky Mcdonald made my day by supplying me with 2 borrowed filled tanks to use as he promised to order me a replacement new tank. I applaud the U-Hal center for hiring this young man and allowing him to show how a Manager can really help out during tough times that might be out of your control. Thank you Ricky Mcdonald and U-Haul for your love and excellent customer service skills.”

Customer service is always available when u need to easy to reschedule and they helped me to load and unload also from hire a helper. price for a trailer or relocube is fixed based on the space you use. No gamble. Would use them definitely for my next move again.”

“My daughters back window lock mechanism broke on her Jeep Liberty. Jeep dealership told her $500 to fix it without really looking at it and so I started looking for other options. I reached out to Two Cousins based on some reviews and got Rich who told me to have her bring it in. He was working hard on another project and he stopped, worked on her lock for 10 minutes and fixed it!!! He didn't charge my daughter and was so respectful and kind with her. This kind of customer service is almost non existent these days. I couldn't be happier with Two Cousins and their talented knowledgeable and friendly staff! THANK YOU!!!”
