I’m here to discuss the dmv service , not banking. Whosever idea it a was to move the nutmeg dmv service into the middle of a grocery store was the worse idea EVERRRR!! Between busy shoppers, a limited waiting area & the disorganization of appts, this whole ordeal is a nightmare. DMV is hard enough to deal with as it is, all these state requirements for your license are also an inconvenience , but nothing is done to make the experience smooth and easy. No one communicates & wrong info is always given out wasting time.

Terrible customer service and poor maintenance on unreliable atms are just a start. Rude tellers and a customer service system built to give you headaches await you. If you are lucky maybe a supervisor will call you back... eventually? I can attest I am still waiting...
