Although it can be busy, with waits for balloon orders, the quality and value of the products make it worth the wait. Party City is a go-to place for birthday party needs, with staff happy to help with orders and loading purchases.
Better customer service than expected! The lady who helped with my balloon order was very helpful when one wouldn’t inflate.
In terms of store availability, I would’ve liked to see more Bluey items - there were only three kinds compared to dozens for other characters.
