I needed a transfer of photos from my SD card to micro sd,the card was defective/ corrupted but Aman and his team spent countless hours and was able to transfer about 90% of the photos,I'm so grateful the photos were gems,I highly recommend PCW.

There work is HORRIBLE i have a computer and i stream and make videos daily. i’m not going to say my youtube channel because it’s going to create backlash but i do have 350,000 subscribers. Anyways, i brought my pc in for a diagnostic test because my computer would lose signal to my monitor while i was playing games or out of nowhere (that was $30). Then they supposedly “found the problem” and fixed it and i got charged $100 which is a little expensive but who cares i needed to be done. this was like in april and it was the most difficult part of the year because of school. I promise i did not turn on my pc until june 15. after i graduated and finished all my finals. i was so excited to play all summer and stream and continue shooting out content to gain back the viewers i lost from being inactive for a month. Now here i am in the heart of summertime streaming to over 850 people and boom. the same issue occurred again. Technically if i was to play as soon as i got it fixed the problem would have come back in a month? how is that even possible? this is all just a scam. i called today and ofc my 90 day warranty is over so i have to pay $130 AGAIN for THEIR mistake. Won’t be taking my pc here ever again and you shouldn’t either

Good service. They do know everything to do computer repairs.i had my laptop repaired by telling them the screen is not right. And told them to save all my data too. When I picked it up and tried it home they DID NOT do the right thing, they erased my data and notes, blacken the screen.

Amazing experience. I had a hardware failure, and PCW was able to recover all my files in just 1 day. Customer service is also excellent, kept me updated with each step by step process, and their prices are great as well. I can’t thank PCW computer enough!!

Amateur techs and horrible customer service if you ask me, my cousin Lenovo laptop keyboard was not functioning correctly she went to this place and paid $130 (a replacement keyboard for her unit is $20) for a keyboard replacement. a couple weeks later their " replacement keyboard" stopped working and same issued return, she went back to claim the warranty but they made her pay another $130, she picked it up left and return and with the same issue, they wouldn't allow her to claim her warranty and they told her it's water dame. I own a repair shop in NY which she bought it to me and replaced the keyboard and as you can see it's fully functional.

My laptop wouldn't work. Was working near this location and I brought it in by the afternoon I got a call back with the issue and cost and that evening had my laptop back and working. Great service
