“I have been a client now for more than 2 decades. The staff goes through many changes, and some were fantastic, I still miss Scott, and others not so much. On 7/12/2024 I recently stopped in the Orange CT Store and the new team members were great. They were very customer focused and really seem to care. I also was touched that they still donate and ask client's if they would like to support by purchasing a can of food, or toy etc. As we all know the human touch is not present when one chooses an online option and thought about this as I left with a smile as I really enjoyed my shopping experience.”

“Bob is such a responsible breeder. He replies messages quickly. He gave me a strong (102grams 12weeks), healthy, cute hand-feed cockatiel?. He will answer your questions after you bring your birds back, and he will check the birds situation, which is responsible way for birds’ lives to me. My cockatiel , Fanfan, learned how to eat and drink when he comes home. And he is close to people, which is what I wanted.All in all, it’s a good place to pick your hand feed birdies.”

Extremely knowledgeable. Aly really helped me add to our community tank. This is a great neighborhood store where the customer service is excellent. “Very fun place. A bunch of attractions and good food. Be careful of rides like go karts though as sometimes those can be dangerous. The food there is good and the place is huge so it takes a while to get someone where unless you run. Just keep an eye on your kids because when I went here as a kid the amount of bullying was huge. So if you're a kid watch out and if you're an adult keep an eye on your kid and other kids to be safe. But other than that 5 stars would come again.”
