Best treat for dogs

Greatly disappointed. Scheduled my lab mix dog for a grooming at 9am. The groomer called twice to relay they were running late. All good. Was in the area around the last time I was told my dog would be ready and called for an update. Was told it would be another half hour. I asked if we could make sure that we did not run later, that I had a busy afternoon. The clerk's immediate response was, "I thought you cared about your dog. You only care about your schedule." I tried to explain another appointment, but the clerk repeated that line with a slight variation, both sounding rude and offensive to a pet owner. I could have done something for a half hour but was so upset by her attitude that I wanted my dog out of there and away from whatever attitude that was. I complained to the two managers, one said she would speak with the clerk. The other groomers seemed very nice, professional. The one who answered the phone was anything but that to me. I cannot recommend this store. In fact, if they're okay with that kind of response, I would recommend you stay away.

It's what you'd expect in any petsmart. I did find some kitty snacks I hadn't seen in other store locations, so I stocked up. Clean, not smelly, good signs. They have dog groomer, shots, and cat adoption. Large parking lot, baskets and carts. Glad I stopped in.

Leo is always great. Petsmart will qlways get my business. I will always co.ere rather then petco. Crickets arr way cheaper

Don’t have reliable groomers. Crystal is forever calling out then they expect customers to accommodate weeks out for another appointment.
