I'm not use to wearing boots, normally I wear a size 12 shoe. On advice from the person working they said I should get a 9.5. Went to see if I could return them, which one find out they only offer for their work boots. Policy aside, if you're going to charge this much people working need to be better are selling the correct size shoe.

Horrible horrible redwing store. I actually can’t believe they put their name on that store with that lady that calls herself a manger. Customer service told me the store has everything to handle my issues in store since I bought my $280 pair of boots at that store. But miss miserable that sits behind the counter is rude/angry/and zero help with anything. She said if I think she’s bad I should try the Newington ct store she said they are worse.. how much worse can you get lol. Don’t waste your hard earned money on $300 dollar boots that last 6 months. Redwing should be embarrassed to have their name on her and that store.

Was visiting from South Florida and decided to stop in and purchase a pair of Iron Rangers. Maryanne got me measured up to make sure I got the proper size boot for my feet. They were a little tight at first (as I was told they would be). Now they fit perfectly after 2 weeks of consistently wearing them. Thank you Maryanne and Red Wing boots. Definitely recommend going in and letting them size you properly for these boots.

Extremely nice staff, was super useful and really put up with me trying on all the different boots. That being said, RedWings are probably the most uncomfortable boots I’ve ever owned. For boots that cost $230+ they should be a match made in heaven, but they’re not. Unless you spend an extra $40+ on inserts these boots will tear your feet apart.

I bought a pair of shoes for work, took them home and wore them around the house. At first they were comfortable but as the day went on they began to bother my feet, left one specifically. Went to take them back for an exchange to which the woman behind the counter said they couldn't be returned after being worn, this would be good information before paying for them. These are Red Wings not a cheap pair from a department store, she just kind of shrugged. Her attitude is why I'm writing this review, when I said that I would not be back she replied with, "have a nice life." I've had red wings before, a very good shoe, but with 0 customers in the store not to mention just wanting to exchange them, I think the person could be a little more receptive.

Always get my work boots there they last me 2.5 years. What is nice you can have them water proof and new laces at no cost usually do this after construction job Finnish.
