When we went there on Feb 10, we left very happy with the customer service - the help with switching from Verizon was great. But, with the second billing cycle showing a very wrong amount, I'm re-thinking my original opinion. When the first bill came that was grossly incorrect, I called and had to wait 3 days for an answer. The manager told me I was all set. The next bill would be correct. Well, he apparently "yeah-yeahed" me because not only didn't I get the big credit I was expecting.... the bill is for the same amount. When I called, the manager wasn't in and the person who answered couldn't help. T-Mobile won't help - says it's a store issue.

My experience at this store was horrible. Daniella was very unprofessional. We've been T mobile customers for over 3 years, and this was by far the worst experience. I am really considering cancelling my account altogether and switching to another company. No customer paying close to $800 per month for raunchy service should have deal with poor customer service. She takes her commission very serious. One star is definitely a bit much.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Ryan today! He was so kind and provided honest answers to all of my questions. He took his time placing my new screen protector on as well and I cannot thank him enough. If you’re ever in the area and in need of fast customer service, go to this location. You won’t regret it!

I felt an associate at this location advertise certain features on an apple device to get a sell!!! So purchased an apple device & Went home happily with my apple device and realize it DIDNT NOT have the important SPECIFIC feature I wanted that the sales rep adamantly said it had …. But luckily the manager was kind and went above and beyond to make up for the mistake the floor sales rep made.

I purchased an $1,800 phone . Received no help , no advise , they sell expensive phones but no phone case . I made big mistake purchasing this phone especially from that store .

Awful customer service. I was the only customer in the store at the time of my visit. Everyone was on their phones, having their conversations. One associate "tried to help" but was having issues with the "system". I went to the Milford mall T-Mobile and received so much help. Not going here ever again.

Incredibly disappointing experience.We went to perform a change of responsibility for two phone numbers, from one account to another. I explained the situation to an attendant in the store once we had arrived, and they informed us that we had to call a T-Mobile number to have them perform the change over the phone lines. We left, and then called the number they provided, only to be informed that we needed to do the change in the store because the account had been converted over from a Sprint account. We went back to another store, only to find them tell us that we needed to call a different number to perform the change, and that they could not do it in the store. We called that number again, and were once again informed that they could not do the change we requested over the phone, we needed to show up in person with two forms of government ID.It's clear that nobody at this T-Mobile establishment or at their corporate call center know how to help their existing clients, nor have they even shown any interest in helping us complete this trivially simple request - their default mode of operation seems to be to toss it over the fence and make it someone else's problem.I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10 years, and I cannot express how frustrating this entire experience has been.T-Mobile might have good rates, and they might have been the first provider to exploit the market opportunities made available when the net neutrality legislation was repealed, but their customer support experience is abysmal. As such, I cannot in good faith recommend it to anyone - friends or strangers alike.

Rafael was patient and so helpful assisting with our claim. He sat and walked us through the whole replacement process. The staff greeted us professionally and promptly when walking in the store. 10 out of 10. Thank you Rafael! 100 % satisfied!! Highly recommend this store.
