Only 2 stalls in the ladies room at a rest stop???!! This Plaza can't handle the traffic coming through. We barely found a parking spot and the ladies line wrapped through the place. And the subway worker kept telling everyone to close the restroom door. This Plaza is too small and poorly designed.

Have to hold the gas pump the whole time you’re refilling, which is super pointless and annoying. Good stop otherwise.

I had the pleasure to attend this Subway restaurant on Route 15, Orange Service Plaza on 11/5/2023 and was absolutely delighted to meet employees, Tony and De’Jon Waller who helped me with my order. They were both, polite, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable in their roles! Tony was friendly and offered upstanding service and food recommendations. De’Jon Waller was very responsive, warmth, personable and helped deliver the food promptly. I was both impressed and excited to meet such lovely and dedicated workers. They both deserve higher compensation for the quality service that they have provided. I genuinely enjoyed my food and service at this local subway stop! I HIGHLY recommend. If you are lucky enough to come across these workers, you should reward them with a high percentage tip, as they both sincerely deserve ☺️????

Overall cleanliness was lacking, trashcans were all full. Men's room needed cleaning. Dunkin and Subway were understaffed. Dunkin was selling items on their app that they didn't have.
