The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable on the products and willing to help. Also they host sales around various holidays for some even better deals and raffles for free stuff. I've told all my friends that they should check in with Mile Zero 2 Smoke Shop before going any where else.
Also, Mile Zero 2 will barter with you sometimes - so don't freak out about buying multiple items and at least asking for some discount. Hey, all the cashier say is "no" so.. but don't worry about asking.. you might get what you ask for.”

“Gotta be careful here. They don’t show you the register till as you ring up. I just got charged $15 per cigar when they were clearly labeled on the box and wrapper $10. Plus I was over charged for the lighter and cutter. Only after calling it out after I saw my receipt were they like “oh our mistake”. Great selection here and good service but you really have to keep track of what they are charging.”
