“I realize that running a small business could be challenging but I have to say Slow Puffs
Is running there business like it was a 5 star restaurant! It’s not just what you have on the shelf’s which slow puffs has a huge variety but the employees and managers are super knowledgable ,friendly and they can explain any questions you may have . It really makes a difference when your managers and employees are able to explain products and give you solid answers and advice!
I live a good amount of distance away from Hamden and I will go out of my way to get there because it’s worth it !I need to give a huge shout out too Hanna who has been incredibly helpful and supportive whenever I get to her store ! She is incredible and a great store manager Thank you for all you do
Have a great day and will see you soon!”
“To be in the one of the oldest if not the oldest cigar bars in New Haven was outstanding. It was my first time ever going after being recommended by Ian at The Edge Fitness. Chad and Bre were absolutely inviting. I was there more for the selection of Bourbon but I was introduced to a damn good cigar. He noticed my country ass accent right away and it was good pours after that. I even purchased their Pinhook barrel select. It is amazing. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the night. Its a must go to!”
“Best vape shops in the valley and great customer service I went in looking for a certain salt ejuice they didn’t have it in stock so the owner took my name and number and called me about a week and told me they were in that’s going above and beyond to help a customer. They have a large variety of ejuice to offer but I stick to my usual ones I highly recommend this shop and it’s great to support a small local shop”
“Great place, has everything you need. Staff is awesome and helpful, especially lefty. Im in and out of there all the time for vape supplies or CBD gummies. 10/10 for me.”

“The owner is really nice, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. Great customer service, prices, and selection of vape and tobacco products. This is my go-to vape & smoke shop from now on”
“Great selection. Vapes. Kratom. Hemp. Pipes. Hookahs. You name it . Really friendly ownership and staff, unlike some of the pop-up, just there to sell overpriced weed stores in my neighborhood and the rest of the town . Definitely worth the visit. There's something to be said for franchised shops (they vet their distributors).”
“Convenience > good ppl > sad that ppl already stealing 😒 We use to be able to pick our own wraps > but bcuz of ppl who cant afford a dam $1 > they are now behind the counter smh > but again good ppl > good store”
“I am a friend of Mia.The store owner is a Hispanic woman. So if you care about supporting female minority local businesses you should consider buying from this store.I am not a smoker but if you take smoking luxury seriously, this store from what I saw has everything you need. From ready products to the materials you need to make DIY.The store has also some convenient items like snacks and water.Mia provides delivery, so if you are not able to come to the store please call the store to arrange for delivery. Mia told me some of her customers can look around the store if they are wheelchair users. The store is a corner store. Parking is available on the street. The store is located opposite Well Fargo bank. Please check the images to see some of the items available to purchase.”
“Ive been going to this smoke shop for years. Everyone is and has always been so kind, helpful and welcoming.Amanda is the best and she is our favorite !! she always engages with my 6 year old who cant seem to “Not touch” all the cool keychains while he talks her head off every-time ?”
“The lady lets off vibes like she is worried your gonna steal or something but its reasonably priced with tobacco products but their other stuff they are way over priced liked 2 dollars for a small can of soda”
“Very happy with my visit to Tobacco king. The store is well organized and easy to browse, and the staff provides great customer service. Everything was quick, smooth, and professional.”

“Baybrook tobacco saved my butt. I cut half my thumb off about 4 days ago and the pain killers ran out. I happened to stop for a pack of cigarettes and I saw that they had
OPIA 7-hydroxymitragynine.
What a life saver. The next time you run out of pain killers, stop at baybrook tobacco and try the OPIA 7-hydroxymitragynine. It will definitely hold you over and you won't get sick. Like I said they saved my butt.”

Love the culture there. It’s a lot of fun and very discreet and knowledgable staff.❤️?”
“Came to buy 10 cartons of cigarettes. They had 11, but sold me only 8. Makes sense, because other customers may need some too... maybe carry more stock? Would've been 5 stars. Very friendly service and clean, neat store though. Recommend.”

“Great selection and very competitive prices. Many times they have in store sampling and staff is very helpful both assisting with finding bottles and recommending options at various price points. There is a cigar humidor for those interested in pairing a cigar with their favorite beverage. Online shopping is available for same day and future pickup. Highly recommend!”

“Great lounge, laid back yet well appointed. The humidor is well stocked with a good range of cigar prices. My friends and I always meet some cool people each time we go, and even without being a member, you can smoke here as long as you buy a cigar. We always look forward to a night out here”
