In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome. I understand that people are human and mistakes happen. I definitely intend to return to this UPS store for my shipping needs.

Terrible and discriminatory service. I was the next one in line, however, the employee ignored me and asked the man after me to ship packages first without my permission. When it was my turn he obviously he was not familiar with Amazon return service or he was just bugging me, because he asked me to pack for return while Amazon QR code didn’t require pack or label for it.

I mailed a book to my friend in Massachusetts. Sean wrapped it neatly and told me that it would arrive the next day. He was polite and mannerable. THE BOOK ARRIVED TO MY FRIEND AS PROMISED! I will use UPS for all of my mailing services in the future. It's good to know that CUSTOMER SERVICE is not a thing of the past!
