“I can not recommend Jose and his team enough! They are kind, courteous, respectful, and their workmanship is out of the park amazing! You can see instantly that whatever vehicle they detail has to be the best it can be. They take great pride in their work. My 2013 van looks brand new! It had previousy had a wrap with lots of letters i could do nothing about. Well, no more lettering. It was also dingy with very dull trim. Not any more! I’ll post some before and after. They have set the bar very high and I’m so thankful I found them.”
“A friend who had a great experience with Maaco ( Derby, CT) recommended it after I had an accident that left my car with a broken light, bender, bumper, and fender. I was incredible discouraged knowing how expensive body work can be. As soon as I walked in, Suzie made me feel so comfortable! She explained everything clearly and sat with me as she looked for the parts my car needed. She did everything to get me the best price for the repair. My car looks great and I feel good about the price. George was very helpful too. I had trouble getting transportation home when I left my car, and George graciously gave me a ride. He arranged for a mechanic to come to me, and they were able to replace my brakes and rotors the same day. Upon inspecting my headlights, he suggested a temporary sand and polish instead of a full restoration since the entire headlight wasn’t foggy yet. “Editing my review based on the owner's response below. I've never seen that at a carwash or other low-dollar card swipe vending, so just didn't know. Q-Tipp is a fine touchless carwash. Maybe a different POS service would help.
"Just had a car wash here and chose the $14 wash. Was charged $18 on my debit card, under "NAYAX AIR 3, HUNT VALLEY, MD US" Went to their website and they said the business will sometimes add a charge to process a card. Total Ripoff"”
“7/31/23 This place has evolved since the last time we went here. They have a two food trucks on the property food, and most of the employees work very hard, but there seems to be a little disorganized when you come out of the car wash. The are usually very busy and the wait was a little longer than I expected. In the end our vehicle looked great, except for the food left inside on the side of the driver’s seat. You have to check everything before you leave. We got the works which I thought was a little expensive for a car wash. ($60.00 +$10.00 tip)”

“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”
