The work is top-notch, the price was fair and upfront (no surprises), and communication was excellent every step of the way. Super easy to deal with, honest, and genuinely nice people.
Bonus: they detailed the interior while they were at it—car came back cleaner than when I bought it!

He made the process very easy, stayed in communication with me about my car, and helped get me to the rental office. I was also able to leave the rental with him which was so convenient. The work on my car was flawless and I got some extra touch up paint. Would highly recommend working with Manny if you’re thinking about it!”
“I had my Ram repaired at Mirek's shop. It was a dent in a corner in a bad spot. Not only was a great job done on the repairs and paint matching, but he is very reasonably priced and honest as well. A combination that is not easy to find these days. Would definitely return and I would highly recommend.”

“I was looking for a shop in Waterbury to check a car I was buying to be sure it wasn't in any unreported accidents. Prior to calling Stanley's, I called several other shops with higher ratings on Google and rave reviews and I was astonished at how short and unprofessional all of those other shops were. They basically had no interest in being accommodating. Then I called Stanley's, and what a world of difference. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in. And the technician who looked at my car did a very thorough job. He took the time to walk me through every detail of his diagnosis. “Good experience. Had a small parking lot encounter with a concrete block that damaged my front bumper. Another shop in town quoted almost $3k to repair. Gabby's repaired it for about $500 and did a good job. It looks like new and they were open and detailed about showing the small remaining issue with some cracked plastic piece they were able to slide back into place. Work was done quickly as well. It's all check or cash only, which is a bit unusual in this day and age, but workable. Will come back if I have any future repairs”

Outstanding Compassion and Professionalism
Joel from Durable Radiator & Auto Body, Inc. in Waterbury, CT deserves recognition for his incredible service. Last night around 7:30 PM at the Valero on Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, I witnessed Joel show true compassion while assisting an elderly couple whose car had broken down.
From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and kindness stood out. He introduced himself with a handshake, calmly explained what he was going to do, and reassured the couple every step of the way. When it came time for them to get into the tow truck, he patiently showed them how to climb up into the high cab and made sure they got in safely.
I was so moved by his respect and care that I went over to thank him personally—not just for helping them, but for reminding all of us what kindness looks like. In a world that often feels rushed and dismissive, Joel slowed down, treated the couple as if they were his own parents, and gave them dignity in a stressful moment.
As someone with aging parents myself, it gave me peace of mind to know there are people like Joel out there. If my own parents ever broke down on the side of the road, I would hope someone like him would be the one to answer the call.
We need more people like Joel—respectful, compassionate, and dedicated. Durable Radiator & Auto Body, Inc. should be proud to have him on their team.”

“A couple a weeks ago my truck was hit by a deer. My truck was a mess. I have had this truck for 12 years and has never been damaged. I never thought it would look good again. Quality Auto was amazing from the first phone call. They worked great with insurance company to come to quick agreement. My truck was restored to better than before. The work was perfect. This is a 12 year old truck and you cannot tell where the work has been done. To top things off my truck was returned detailed. I cannot recommend Quality Auto & Restoration enough.”
