I was just in this store and was going to purchase two of the same bath and body works candles. One was marked $5 and one was $12 and I asked the lady at the front why seeing they were the same item and she said she would change the other one to $5 as well. Then out of nowhere some 50 ish year old lady who tries to dress and look like she's 21 names Cassie (or so she says) comes over and tells the cashier that she can't do that and do I want to pay $12 for both...basically she was going to change the $5 to $12 as well and said it was miss marked. She then tells the cashier to put them aside is I don't want to pay $12 for both even though one was marked $5 because she'll buy them...so basically she was going to over charge me for a cancel that was mos marked and raise the price of the other just so she could buy them herself.....such a disgrace of an employeee. She then proceeded to give me a fake corporate number when I asked for it. I hope you get fired, you are a geeedy disgusting person smh

I used to love coming to this store. Quite frankly it used to be one of the better ones. But in the past year, the items they have now suck, I used to come here and add to my collection. Now, they ship their video games to e commerce to sell on their site or eBay. The prices are crazy - they had a calculator for $25 that has a damaged screen and the batteries are all corroded and exploded inside ? - and please don't offer that generic response given in the reviews about price checking, that never happens. We know the pricing is sent down from upper management in an effort to maximize profits. I used to go once a week, now I got once every 3 months if at that. I'd rather go to a local small town thrift store than this chain.The one thing that I can say is that most of the employees ive spoken to are nice. I went there today and wish I got her name, but the blonde lady at the register came running out cuz I forgot an item. That was nice of her, plus she was a delight to talk to when we interacted.

I want to love this place because it’s a great cause. However, the shelves and racks are absolute chaos. Things are literally just lying all over the place. The racks look people just walked through and tossed whatever, wherever. What happened to this place being affordable. Tshirts over $6, pants way overpriced. The quality of the items are used and abused. It’s almost worth just buying these things brand new. Not really any deals and if you can find one, you probably wouldn’t want it anyway. Many other goodwill stores that are much better.

This place is a treasure chest. Have to stop in at least twice a month. From clothes to fishing gear you never know what you'll find. Very clean and the staff is friendly.

I go to this Goodwill alot and always have a good experience with the employees except one. Big tall guy with long hair has a rude and miserable attitude. I know retail is tough and customers can be difficult. But to my knowledge I never had a problem with him nor did I do anything to wrong him in any way. Why should I spend my hard earned money on a place where I'm treated like dirt. Sorry Brandon ( name on receipt) I know life is hard and you hate your job but don't take it out on people who didn't do anything to you. When asking a customer if they have an account. Don't snap at them and demand WHAT'S YOUR NUMBER? And when saying Thank you for supporting our mission. Don't say: Thank you for sup....or...thing ahhhh....( mumbling incoherently) whatever. Really disrespectful.

I purchased a mirror there and despite the return policy that us posted online thye would not take it back. I payed 30.00 for the mirror which I thought was overpriced at the time.

Used to be good. Prices are too high for stuff that's donated for free. Some employees seem to be pulling numbers out of their behinds. Same ashtray that could be found at the dollar store was priced $5 dollars at the counter. A plastic 3 inch figurine that wasn't anything especial nor a collectible priced $12. I won't be coming back for a while. You guys need to get your act together.
