Self-Storage at U-Haul
169 Meriden Rd, Waterbury CT 06705
“One of the best facilities I've ever used. The inside is immaculate at all times and the climate controlled units are always at a perfect temperature. Never too hot or too cold. But what really makes the facility fantastic is the Manager, Larissa. She's always got a smile on her face, never acts dismissive or rude(even when she has a lobby full of impatient people) and it seems like she takes the time to get to know everyone that rents there. Whether she's cleaning or cutting locks, she makes sure to take the time to greet us when we come in. It's very impressive and refreshing to see a young woman interacting with people face to face rather than having her head buried in a phone. She's an A+++++ and deserves a big raise!”

Ace Auto Sales
201 S Main St, Beacon Falls CT 06403
“My son got into an accident on prospect/Naugatuck line. Local police called ace auto since they were next on tow rotation. 3 cars needed to be towed they showed up with 2 wreckers and a flat bed. Since my sons car is rear wheel drive with front end damage they put it on dollies. As a former wrecker operator myself I do understand police tows, state rates, and additional cost and was ready for a whopper of a bill for it to be towed from Naugatuck to Wolcott. Not only did they not try and take me for a ride, they were professional and polite. Will use again! Quality family owned and operated business...A big thank you to Eric for a job well done!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
583 Howe Ave, Shelton CT 06484
“I like this location a lot. Its a small location but it always has what we need. I have used it many times. The people are very nice. The parking location for the trailers is down the hill in a semi secluded location. The trailer parking lot is a little tight but doable.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

“As always, renting from the Woodbury Feed store is the best. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and kind...like the world should be :) I know it's just a rented truck, but a friendly face makes all the difference when you're moving stuff.”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Downtown Waterbury
560 Bank St, Waterbury CT 06708
“Yesterday I was driving a U-Haul trailer from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the trailer lights went out. we stopped at U-Haul Waterbury Downtown, and the young lady behind the desk stopped what she was doing and helped us assess the problem. They don’t work on trailers at this location, so she then directed me to the U-Haul in Naugatuck where they may be able to help me. They did; and I’m appreciative of her assistance in assessing and assisting with the situation.”

Ryder Truck Rental
37 E Aurora St, Waterbury CT 06708
“Shelly-Ann rocks. Somehow, even when there isn't a truck to be found on the whole East Coast, she finds one hiding somewhere and hooks me up. The trucks out of this location are usually very clean, well-maintained and newer models than I am used to with other rental companies. THANK YOU”
