“I stopped off on the way home from church. I usually don't shop in this area.
The mall overall had a lot of places to eat and other stores. Very nice shopping area. I went to Market 32. It's one of the newer versions and it is very nice. Well stocked and the staff is really nice. We only topped off so I didn't get a good look at the prices. I'll probably go back to eat at the noodle place.”

“Not sure what website the other review looked at that showed 24 hours - it's not but the website is clear as day what the hours are. Matt and Leslie (the pharmacists) and all the techs are phenomenal and compassionate. As mentioned elsewhere, they'll greet me by name when I walk in and most times have my bag ready before I even get to the counter. When there have been health issues in the family, they take the time to go over everything with us and make sure we're in good shape. I've been coming here since they opened and can't imagine going anywhere else.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Judith Heller (APRN) and Carrie (Medical Professional/Front Desk) at Griffin Faculty Physicians Primary Care at Quarry Walk in Oxford. I realized at the end of the day that my Zepbound prescription was still waiting on prior authorization, and I was leaving for vacation very early the next morning. I took a chance and went to the office around 5 p.m., hoping someone could help.

Carrie showed tremendous patience and professionalism, even though she was clearly trying to wrap up for the day, had someone on the phone, and another patient waiting behind me. She still took the time to listen, check my information, and confirm the prescription status.

Judith overheard the conversation and immediately stepped in to help. She assured me she would get the message to the Medical Assistant who handles prior authorizations first thing in the morning. When I remembered that someone had mentioned a sample might be available in a pinch, Judith went to check and came back with exactly what I needed!

I was incredibly impressed by how both Carrie and Judith handled the situation with kindness, patience, and urgency. They were busy, tired from the day, and still made me feel heard and cared for. It reminded me that when you choose a doctor, you are also choosing the staff, and that matters just as much. Carrie and Judith showed me firsthand that I made the right choice with Dr. Katz and this office.
