Yikes! What an absolute disaster! Went there for alterations based on the reviews but they must be lying. The shop is super disorganized and musty. The girl “helping” me didn’t help at all but was super unprofessional. Spent a fortune on a dress that fits worse than when we started. Avoid at all costs!

They messed up my granddaughter‘s gown after paying $300 For fitting. The crelin had been cut unevenly and stays that we’re supposed to be put in the waistline we’re not there

Recently had a suit jacket with rips repairs. A suit jacket completely redone to fit, and a pair of pants hemmed. As a former drill sergeant who’s tailored a lot of clothing, this shop is hands down one of the most talented in my global travels. Some prices can be a bit high, but everything I asked for was flawlessly completed. Perfect. Great customer service as well. If you care about your garment this is your spot.

The owner is kind and helpful, and the other young lady that works in there is also extremely helpful and , they’re both great at what they do!! I ordered a western shirt online for horse competitions that ended up being too small and ripped on the sleeves. Other seamstresses in the area turned me down and said the shirt wasn’t possible to fix.
I was referred to Nailys by a friend and Nailey’s was able to add new sleeves and more material to make my shirt fit! I was so happy and can’t wait to wear this shirt for horse competitions. It came out even better than when I first purchased the shirt! The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do to the shirt!

Excellent tailoring and customer service. Naily is an expert tailor. She has done beautiful alterations on several dresses for my daughter. Each time she makes sure everything is done perfectly. She takes pride in her work and holds it to a very high standard. Highly recommend!

I was excited to try a new tailor. The store is clean and the owner seemed friendly enough which is why I gave it 2 stars. Unfortunately her prices are outrageous and out of touch. I brought in an unlined, linen suit jacket along with the matching pants. Jacket needs a slight waist adjustment and the sleeves need adjusting. Her quote was $100 for waist, $100 for sleeves. Remember, it’s an unlined suit, all the seams are easy access. I asked if she was kidding and she wasn’t. I said I’d be going elsewhere. If you are looking for an excellent tailor with sensible pricing try IK Fashion on granite street in Westerly. Best of luck, Naily.

So talented. Probably not an alteration she can't handle! I had a few what I would consider complicated areas of a dress to alter. She finished within 24 hours and the dress fit perfectly! Truly a master in her expertise.
