I went here on 10/13/2023 to purchase a cabin air filter and two wipes for a car I was not driving. I asked the sales associate who was very friendly to help me find these as I had no cellular internet at this location.They found the correct parts in the computer and in the cash register sold me the correct parts. However, in reality they had picked up the wrong box for the air filter instead of a "PBC35660" they picked up a "PBC35530".When I went to install the part two days later I realized I had the wrong part. I returned to the store and worked with a different associate. They were unable to locate the transaction through the rewards card used. I had accidentally brought the wrong receipt. I was informed I needed some form of receipt to do the exchange. So I went back home, and found the correct receipt and returned.Upon returning to the store we discover the receipt and says I was sold the correct part. The part I need to return is not the correct part. Therefore, I cannot return it.This is absurd. The stores associate sold me the wrong part and another associate refuses to accept the exchange of a brand new looking filter sold to me a few days earlier. I am informed I now need to return to the store a fourth time to speak with a manager. Who knows if the manager will even help me, as they seem pretty determined to not help me.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered. John Arbo is very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful in any way that I possibly needed.

Ever since I've eaten that 80 dollars for a abs wheel bearing. I won't recommend any advanced auto parts. Go to O'REILLY across the way they've got you covered.

The manager at this store has some sort of issue with employees helping customers or is flat out racist. Went in to pickup and online order and then purchase in store some drill bits. The employee was helping us nicely and the manager literally came over and harassed the employee to go help someone else as if we were not there. The employee abided and it's not like the manager came by and helped us. Left the drill bits there and walked out. Mind you there was literally only 1 other person in the store. It was not busy and I refuse to be treated like that. The manager or daytime shift manager here is miserable and has no customer service skills.

Went in & asked for catalytic cleaner & the guy asked if I wanted a 25 or 50 lb. bag. I looked at him really strange & told him that it goes in gas tank & how was I supposed to do that. He didn't have a clue! If your gonna work in an auto parts store you at least have to have some knowledge about cars. This guy wasn't knowledgeable at all. He tried to give me cat litter!

Horrible customer service. Bought the wrong front rotors, because there guy looked it up wrong. Called them back and they didn't have the ones I needed. So ordered them through napa, same day. Went to take the rotors back and she said one box is ripped open and there a little damp I can't resell them. They were brand new in plastic, one box torn. I couldn't imagine any other auto parts place just saying your outta luck. Especially when there guy gave me the wrong parts. And she couldve resold them. I was spending prob a grand a month in the last 4 months from this store, and so much in the past. And screwing me over over 2 rotors, and telling me "oh well" will cost them far more than the 250 I lost. And I'll make sure most people I know avoids this store. Just today and this weekend u will lose far more in parts than the cost of the rotors that are brand new. I hope u keep treating people this way and it drives u outta business
