Since I moved out here a little over a year ago, I have not been pleased with ordering Italian grinders from local restaurants in this area. I went to big Y to purchase items to make Italian grinders at home and to my surprise they have a whole deli/ Sandwich kitchen. I ordered a large Italian sub loaded with boars head quality meat and veggies for $11.99. This was by far the best grinder I’ve had since I moved out here. Nothing even comes close! Thank you Earl, you gained a loyal hungry customer ????

Over all this store is great and clean. I used to work the one in Manchester CT. Went to the Plainfield store this morning 6/27/24. I kindly stopped a lady to ask if she can help me locate something or if she knows where it could be. First she didn’t even help me but instead to say NOPE I work at the floral department sorry. Then walks away.. I’m sorry but when I worked @ big y store I worked in a deli I never knew where things were I always go find someone to help any customers out no matter what I’m doing. Sorry but that lady needs some training on not to be so rude… I did ask another person he was very helpful I do appreciate the man that helped me. Hopefully a manager can just give a little talk to the women in the floral department about customer service support than just being all rude about it and not help…

WOW!? I ordered a quarter sheet birthday cake and it was outstanding, inside and out!!! Freshly made and moist with delicious frosting. The decoration presented this cake perfectly!?
