Over the last two weeks my daughter’s car and my truck had alternator problems. These guys did a top notch job fitting us in for a new alternator. They took time to get us in and out in an afternoon as the cars were disabled. Kudos to great service and reasonable pricing. ?

Sold me used tires claiming “only switched out for other tires” and that theyre in excellent condition but one had a puncture, not to mention they are two different tires put into one set, tried telling me summoto Geotours are $140 a tire. I guess do your research before getting scammed by these people :/

If I could give HD Automotive 10 stars, I would! PJ and Rudy are so very nice and excellent at diagnosing car issues and problems.
It's a long story, but my husband (Steve) and I were out test driving a white 2014 BMWi on 3/22/2024, that we were considering purchasing from a local small car lot. We told that small car lot salesperson that we wanted to take the car to our own independent mechanic, to have it thoroughly inspected.
We then brought the car to HD Automotive and Rudy thoroughly inspected it. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fit us in with only about a 15 minute wait, so we definitely appreciated that. Rudy put the car up on the rack and showed us each issue/problem with the car and explained everything that needed repair and replacing. We decided not to buy the car, since there were too many expensive repairs needed, and the car wasn't worth it.
However, we were so impressed with the integrity and honesty of Rudy and PJ, that we then returned to HD Automotive to have Rudy inspect our own car (a red 2014 Nissan Altima), just to make sure it's in good condition. The vent cylinoid might be leaking (which we already knew might be the issue) and our car needs a tune-up & routine transmission service, but that's it, it's in good shape.
My husband and I both highly recommend HD Automotive! I just wish we lived closer to be able to use them for all of our routine maintenance and car repairs.

Sitting on the side of the road… again. Had my fuel pump replaced here. After it was replaced, truck was left with no gas in the tank, had to find a gas station immediately.
Gas gauge started acting up after, reporting inaccurate measurements. Called up and they told me that the new fuel pump was likely different than the original and it’s just reading differently. Ran out of gas one day. Figured maybe the sending unit was possibly bad and it would be covered under the warranty they told me about. They said it would be covered, I brought it back.
Pick it up again, and again, have NO gas left in tank. Have to find a gas station immediately. Also charged for labor and when I asked for a receipt so I could go to the part manufacturer to cover the labor cost for a faulty part, I was told the printer didn’t work and I couldn’t get one. I asked for an emailed copy which they agreed to but and I didn’t get that either.
Well guess what, the gas gauge stopped working again and here I sit on the side of the road, again out of gas.
Not only was my problem not fixed, in all my dealings with them the customer service was lack luster and even argumentative on the phone after I called the first time.

Yesterday, I called HD Automotive because my car was regularly losing coolant at a rate that varied between annoying and catastrophic. I asked that they not take it in until the turnaround could be fast because my wife and I needed it to get to work and whatnot. They looked at it within minutes and discovered it was the water pump. They also noticed that months of regular coolant spray all inside the guts of the car had ruined the serpentine belt. We agreed to fix both, and the price was fine. During the inspection, they also noticed an oil leak, but it wasn't clear how bad or if it was ongoing or not. Anyhow, the turnaround was next day, and during the known repairs, they discovered that the oil leak was catastrophic and our car would've been a brick with a melted engine, so they took care of that too, for a not bad at all price. Couldn't be happier. What matters to me is honesty, because I'm auto-ignorant and easily fooled. Both mechanics struck me as trustworthy. Definitely recommend.
