Showed up, walked around for about 10-15 minutes looking at different cars, saw all the sales associates inside and not one bothered to come ask if we needed help. I guess the cold weather was too much for them. 🤷♂️

I recently purchased my new Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier! Central Hyundai went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted — the white XRT with black interior — and made the entire process so easy. Dan was incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish, and Tyler, the manager, was just as great to work with. They truly listened to what I wanted and made it happen.

I took my Hyundai Tucson with a blown motor to them it was under warranty they replaced it and I had it back in less than three weeks great except they advertise providing a loaner when needed. I needed a loaner because you still have to go to work but they had no loaner for me I had to rent a car out of my own pocket and am now trying to get reimbursed by Hyundai not an easy task!!!

A very good experience, best one I have had purchasing a new vehicle.
They worked with me and got me ever discount they could. Found the car that I wanted and went to the other dealership to pick it up.
Recommend them highly and will definitely be returning when any new vehicle is needed.

I just want to give a big shout out to Kyle at Central Hyandai in Plainfield. My car was in desperate need of a tune up, new tires, and a few other things. He did his best to keep the cost down, and was very professional and compassionate.

I had a 7:30 am appointment scheduled for a service. I was seen right on time and the staff was very personable. I was given an accurate estimate of how long my service would take and enjoyed the amenities in the waiting area during that time. Very pleasant experience at this service center!
