The sales team was wonderful, friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. However, my experience with the finance representative (I believe her name was Cathy) was disappointing. When I declined the extended warranty, gap insurance, and ceramic coating, she became noticeably pushy and visibly irritated. It made the process uncomfortable and tense.
As someone who also works in sales, I understand the importance of offering add-ons, but there’s a line between presenting options and pressuring a customer. My monthly payment was already where I felt comfortable, and I didn’t appreciate being made to feel bad for saying no.
If it weren’t for the professionalism and kindness of the sales team, I likely would have walked out. Because of that positive interaction, I’ll give credit where it’s due—but unfortunately, I can’t recommend this dealership based on the finance experience alone.

The service department are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They always do their best to fit you in as best as they can. Today unfortunately my car needed a few things but they hustled and made sure I got out as fast as possible. It's a little pricey going to the dealership for service but with VW Atlas needing programming for changing the battery I didn't have much choice.

We had our complimentary 10K checkup/oil change done at Central VW. Everything was great. Out in an hour, clean waiting room with wifi, free coffee/water/snacks.

Just bought a 24R from this dealer, this had to have been the easiest buying experience ever! They worked with me on getting the best price for my trade in and helped me get the best monthly payment for my new car.
