Group of nice people, but I’ve had some of the worst experiences. I can remember dealing with a tractor. My zero turn mower, Husqvarna Z254 kept throwing its mower deck belt so after replacing the belt with the parts that they provided. Including a Tensionspring that was bent The tractor still did not work. I told Them the belt seemed to be too big and they were adamant that it was not as they said it was the belt from the parts number Which was accurate but did not fit tightly. I asked them if they would take the tractor in to fix it and they said no they don’t have any availability when I asked for future availability. They said they cannot determine that at this time and they cannot fix the tractor. So now I Have a tractor that does not work and is essentially a giant paperweight at this point and now I have to scramble around to try to find someone to either fix it or get a new tractor. I am highly disappointed with the service that I received from them, especially after buying a brand new zero turn from them not even two years ago. There’s a highly good chance that I am not going to ever return here nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Bought a CS2520 on 6-1-25. Met with Brendon (equipment salesman) for the second time. Never had a more genuine experience with a salesman. No BS, no last minute fees. Just a straight shooter. Walked through the whole machine with my wife and I, and answered every question we had. Couldn't be happier!

Repair dept is very slow and not thorough.
My zero turn was there for 7 weeks for a drive spindle took them 5 weeks before they looked at it. It was under warranty. They came to pick it up which I had to pay for. You would think seeing it was a defective part and under warranty I shouldn't have to pay to pick it up. They replaced the drive spindle and belt free of charge. When I got it back, which I brought my trailer to get it because I would have been charged. I noticed a noise. I checked it out it was the deck spindle very loose. I called and they wanted me to bring it in.
I cant wait another 7 weeks to get them to fix it. Like I said it's under warranty.
A You would think they would have made sure everything was tip top shape before returning it to me.
It's under warranty, but Im fixing it myself because there sevice dept. Is understaffed and not thorough enough.
On the other hand the sales dept. Is great never had a problem.
I also rented a skid steer last year and spent a lot of money on loom.
I was running the machine with front the window open. One of the latches that holds the window open came undone.
When i lifted the bucket the vibration broke the window.
I had insurance on it but they charged me $1000 deductible.
Are you kidding me?
So you decide.

Another great experience with K & H! From a Sunday emergency snow plow repair (I needed parts that no one else had) to servicing my poorly maintained zero turn at a more than reasonable price. I’ll definitely make sure to use them for all repairs in the future.

Great Costumer service. I bought a Hustler trimstar 48" mower and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. My sales person was Brendan and he treated me excellent. I couldn't be happier with KandH. I will continue buying products from them for sure.

Let me start off with "What a crew!!" The guys in sales/ parts Jamie and Scott know their stuff and what they may not know about things or they don't stock or sell, they both find out and give you the best answer. Steve in service goes above and beyond to back up and going. As a business owner that's huge! Joe and Jenn know or take the time to get to know you and greet you every time you are in there. K&H isn't just some rental or sales place. The place is good people and become like friends!

This review is for the product not the company, poor product, good company the company is good , everyone is kind good customer service, it’s just this particular product, I’m warning people this could happen to you with the John deer skid steer ,I’ve rented other products with no issues! John deer skid steer rental is another story, don’t rent these , the glass on the door is temperamental , it just suddenly busted out when closing the door, this will cost you a pretty penny, $1,000 , we should of sent it back as soon as the delivery guy said to be careful with the door window, we were careful and it still busted outI believe these windows come loose while working, then just explode with any small movement of the door. You can’t prevent movement when your working From what I read online I’m correct, this is common and apparently the rental place is aware of this when they tell you be careful of the door window, we had no idea it was that temperamental.don’t rent the skid steer unless you want to be set back $1,000 , this review is only in regards to the John Deer skid steer not the company.

Rented a split seeder from them this weekend for a lawn renovation. Got the unit back to my house, and started burning through a ton of seed. Using the adjustment knob didn't change the result. The hopper door had been stuck all the way open. When I returned the unit, I explained my issue. Also said that I had to drop another 300 bucks in seed. Took the unit out of my vehicle, and one of the staff members took a look at it, and confirmed that it was a malfunction. Told me it shouldn't have gone out like that. Without hesitation he refunded me the entirety of my purchase, not just the rental. I'm very appreciative of the interaction, and although it was frustrating to have rented a unit that passed inspection, and still malfunctioned. I very much appreciate how it was handled. I will absolutely return to this company again as a customer.

Now this is an all American business. I rent from them and pop in for some good ol conversation. They have rentals and new equipment for sale. Good spot!!
