We used this company to place our belongings during our transition to our new home. Carl was very responsive and helpful. He even helped us out when we forgot to cancel after we were finished with the storage unit. He could have easily told us it was our fault for forgetting to cancel, but he kindly returned our autopay charge. I can’t say enough great things about this company. Our property stayed dry and safe. Thank you!

I have use this storage facility for many years. Carl is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable, Carl worked with me on payments when I was in between jobs , my personal belongings were safe and secure, he is a blessing In disguise, I certainly will call Carl if I need a storage unit in the future , Carl thank you!!!!!!

Carl the owner he is so professional so kind and and he always keeps his word and very good on communication. Carl's place is very clean and kept up. He's always understanding..He took his time to show me where everything was and everything. I would recommend Carl to all my friends and family members and coworkers also.

I recommend storage etc owner was very accommodating no strings or Xtra fees great clean place to store your Xtra stuff,owner has great customer service when I call he always answers definitely he got another happy customer thank you!!!

Has been a great experience so far I’ve been renting from him pretty sure over a year now he’s always available, easy to work with i def recommend compared to other storage units where the gates broke or you can’t get a hold of somebody because the manager isn’t there none of that has been a problem. also convenient with boxes and locks for the storage units also all reasonably priced. 100% recommend

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE
Walked in early oct and noticed a moldy smell in the building. Went to my unit and discovered clothes, shoes, laptop, tools etc covered in mold. I alerted the owner/caretaker of the property, was told to text pictures of the affected items and that he wanted to make it right. I had to contact him weeks later, finally went to check it out. It’s Nov and cold, you can still smell mold when you walk in the building. I mentioned that in a climate controlled environment with a/c, there would have to be water of some sort. I was told I was absolutely wrong, no water in there, and the a/c system is fine despite not checking anything.

I moved back to CT and had to put my stuff in storage while I waited for my new place to become available. The manager at this self storage was great thru the entire process. From getting the unit, to lending me dollies, to working with me every step of the way.
I absolutely recommend this place and if I ever find myself in need of storage again, I will be going back.
