After buying my Denali and transmission faulting after only five minutes of leaving the dealership, bringing it back dealership, claiming to fix it I was left with the shuttering transmission within about a month. Between Constant slipping and shuttering, I knew the transmission was getting towards the end of his life and I was very hesitant on having the transmission worked on from being screwed over already By the dealership. I called transmission central. He was very informative on the entire process, Competitively priced, And even checked out some other issues, not pertaining to the transmission for me that I had asked them about. He also got me in less than a week and had it done within two days and the truck runs amazing now. Great place would give 10 stars if I could!

Had them check out my car for a transmission light nothing else, they told me diagnostic was free and I made it 100% clear not to do anything else on the car. 3 days later I get a call saying that the cleared the light and drove it for 20 mins and it didn’t come back on, why didn’t they put a scanner on it ? Beats me and they without asking fixed my exhaust rattle and wanted to charge me 124$. Why I asked why they did that without asking I got screamed at and told never to come back, all I did was ask, I never said I wasn’t going to pay it, never got upset, and didn’t do anything to deserve the treatment I was getting. They thought I was someone they can take advantage of and got upset when they realized i wasn’t a push over. I don’t understand what when wrong but I do know what thing I would never come back here even if they welcomed me. And to top it all off the transmission light came back on 5 mins after leaving the shop.

Butch is a straight shooting honest guy. I was referred to Transmission Central by another great shop, Stillys. Between the 2 places you cant go wrong. Central for Transmissions.
