I went to this Advance Auto Parts store. I paid online and it was supposed to be ready in half an hour, but the email stating my parts were ready for pick up arrived over an hour later. It was no big deal this time, because I wasn't going to get there until after I was out of work anyway. However, if my timeline and schedule was tighter, it could have been an issue.
The staff was attentive and friendly. I compared these parts to the same exact parts at a few other local stores and this place had the best deal.
The store appeared to be clean and well organized.
Overall, I was happy with this store and would certainly use it again in the future. As a former regular customer of Carquest, I have never been a big fan of Advance Auto, but they are starting to grow on me. This location seems a little better than the ones in New Britain, especially the one in New Brite Plaza.

Listen….. Juan and Nate plus the entire team provides great service and goes over and beyond to provide great service to all the customers. I like in Bristol and will drive to see them first before I go anywhere else. If they don’t have it in stock, THEY WILL FIND IT IF IT CAN BE FOUND- JUST BE PATIENT AND RESPECTFULLY and let them work!!

I showed up before 7:30 a.m. with headlight bulb that need to replacing and they helped me and put the bulb in and got me on my way to work. Awesome crew
