The atm at the drive thru it’s a mess all the time when the cash deposit is always out of service i really dislike this bank .. I don’t understand why there’s always an issues with this atm

The drive thru needs to be fixed the one atm is hard to get to because most people won't use the outside lane for the teller so it's a long wait

I created my account here in January because I have friends who have this Credit Union and they love it. I’m 20, and last time I created a bank account was when I was 16 with my mother accompanying me. This was my first time creating a bank account by myself. I let the bank teller know that. I didn’t catch her name because she didn’t have a name tag, but it’s the Asian lady at the Plainville location. She was so extremely cold and rude towards me. And when I asked questions about the benefits of the credit union, she gave me judgmental looks/answers. I immediately regretted my decision and wanted to tell her to forget it and walk out. I work in customer service and I know it’s not that hard to be nice to customers, especially when they aren’t giving you a hard time. After I was done creating my account, I called the American Eagle Customer Service line and re-asked all my questions because she gave me short dismissive answers.

I don’t know why I haven’t reviewed this bank yet but it’s the best one I have dealt with. I have a few accounts and never have had an issue. The staff is very personable and helpful. I highly recommend this bank and any location.

I had baught a new car with a loan from American Eagle. When I paid the loan I waited for the title from them. At the start of the fourth month I called them for it I waited for 45 minuets to talk to someone. The person was apologetic for the delay but the title came another 45 days later. As I write I am waiting talk to someone 31minuets and counting. I'm waiting to talk about the $5.oo that they stole as a service charge as I had to join them as a member. I know that if someone offers me a loan from American Eagle I will walk out of that business and not do business with them. I'll never use American Eagle C.U. again. Be forwarned that if someone you're doing business and need a loan DO NOT USE American Eagle!!

Not happy with my experience my auto loan interest rate quote was so high compared to the dealership and My credit was about average it just didn’t seem right. 10.94% at American Eagle and 2.99% at dealers credit union.. then the person helping me said “you shouldn’t pay too much attention to the numbers?” I’m like what that makes no sense numbers don’t lie? Anyways I will most likely go with another credit union when I decide to take out a loan for a house one day

American Eagle has probably been the worst experience I’ve had. They take forever to answer phone calls and theyre customer service is horrendous. I’ve been with them for years and this is nothing new, it’s just that this was the last straw when I was trying to make a purchase and my card was declined even though I had well over the amount I needed. It took them 30 minutes to finally answer just to tell them that my purchase wasn’t fraudulent. I look forward to finding a new bank.

This morning I decided to cash my personal check at the Plainville branch (I wanted to go through the drive thru). So I arrive and am greeted by a not-so-friendly young lady. I told her I wanted to cash my check and she wouldn’t cash it in full because it’s a personal check.
