“1st of all, I dealt personally with the owner!! Raquel was FANTASTIC!!! Very personable, over accommodating! I had hard measurements I had to fit a fridge in, and she worked with me diligently to make sure I got what I needed, as well as what I wanted! The communication was awesome! She,"cares"!!! Which you can't say that often these days They provide delivery for a low price and the guys that delivered were professional and considerate! Definitely recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again! The refrigerator is in great condition and we are extremely happy with our purchase! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars ?”
“I was lucky enough to have Dean Nash help me find a replacement refrigerator. It’s not easy fitting these new appliances into the old spots, but Dean didn’t give up. You might think he wanted to make a sale, but nobody puts 2 days of searching to find one that fits my exact measurements and dream wishes. “Very helpful group, from Jeremy instore, to delivery & install with Nestor & Michael. My family has always been Sandys people because their prices & appliances are good & reliable. Jeremy went above & beyond, i, not knowing their hours blew in there just as they were closing on friday & he didnt make me feel like a j*** which he very well couldve blown me off & told me to come back. i asked him to hold an appliance til Monday & told him i would buy then. Due to kidney stones on Sunday, & Monday I was out of commission. They agreed to wait til tues after my docs appt, and they were quick as a bunny after i got out. These guys know what they're doing & they were helpful with recommendations especially given we just had a house fire 3 houses up. We are not Home Depot or Lowes people -we will always be Sandys people because of price, service & quality. and there's alot to be said for their people skills.”

The amount of time and effort he put into providing options and pros and cons for the various products was exceptional. Having to choose appliances for our new home seemed at first to be a daunting task, but Michael was kind, informative and honest which reassured us that we made the right choices for our needs. CT Appliance’s pricing was reasonable and competitive, but Michael’s product knowledge is what made the difference for us. No way would you get the detail and time from the big box stores. Our experience with CT Appliance exceeded our expectations.”

“I could not have had a better experience! I live in Manhattan and had tried three places here to be ghosted by two of them. I walked into Galleria with no expectation and was greeted warmly by Jenuarie and she was fabulous. She was patient in helping me decide what I wanted to do. I thought I could mix tile companies for an accent tile while never considering the exact dimensions of the tiles may not blend. She pointed this out and from that point I changed direction of what I was doing. After picking out tiles we went to the warehouse for the countertop and the first one I saw was the one I wanted. I also learned I need a fabricator which had not been mentioned to me previously. While waiting for sample tiles I saw some beautiful handmade tiles which I now think will be the accent tiles. I ordered one as the company is in California. The rest of the staff was exceptionally kind, helpful and interested in what my plans were when We discussed the hand made tiles. The experience could not have been better. I saw the negative reviews and I can honestly say I can't imagine any of the staff being cold, indifferent or unhelpful. I highly, highly recommend Galleria in Middletown. I just wish we had a place like this in the city!”

I am super grateful for Kylie's outstanding customer service. She made sure I located an item I was looking for. I also leaned today that if I am looking at the app for a specific item the app will tell you the aisle and bay locations of the products. This saved me a lot of time. Overall, great location!!”
