I called to make a couple changes to our business account, and had the most pleasurable experience talking to Lucas. He was extremely helpful and thorough with changes we made to our account. He also took the initiative to thoroughly review our business account, and made sure that everything on the account is correct. There were a couple of things we had been paying for that we were unaware of when I initial set up the account. He was able to remove the items on the account that we discussed. Lucas noted that he back tracked to when we set up the account, and that we would receive a refund. Again, I would highly recommend getting AT&T business account, Lucas made it much easier to make changes rather than most providers.

That big girl who looks like misses puff from spongebob is predatory and will add stuff to your account when you told her no. If i didnt look at my bill i would be paying an extra 40 dollars for things she added when i told her not too. They are commisioned when they add these things and she has been reported. You are better off going to another store this store is garbage.

I found the staff at the store to be very helpful. Knowledgeable and caring I returned was another family member for an additional upgrade.

Dishonest or incompetent? My wife and I went to this store back in August to upgrade both of our phones. Kevin (the store manager) told us that they had a promotion for retired first responders that would give us a iPad and an Apple Watch for free if we would just add phone lines to our monthly bill. We agreed to this but it turned out that there was no such promotion and we were billed for both of the devices. We went back to the store and Kevin told us not to worry because the rebates would not start for up to three months and we would get full credit. He also attached a new phone line to my wife’s new phone so that we were now paying for an extra line. After 30 plus hours with ATT (Firstnet) representatives we were told to send the devices back (they sent us a shipping label) and they would credit us for the iPad and watch. We had to pay in full for them to get rid of the phone lines in advance. I just got off the phone with a Firstnet representative and they said that they are not going to credit us for the devices that we sent back and paid for. AMAZING. by far the worst experience I have ever had and the worst customer service. Looking like we are going to have to go to small claims court.

If I could give them less, I would. They scammed my clearly disabled mom and elderly grandmother (English not being her first language.) They sold her a phone that stopped working within days, so she went back, they made her buy a brand new phone (iPhone 12s, so not cheap,) rather than exchanging it for one that actually worked. Within this process, not only did they add a fourth line for a human that doesn’t exist to give her a “promotion,” but also used the update on MY line. I knew none of this until after she passed and the account was put in my name. And now, even though MY phone is paid off, I need to still pay off her phone because it’s on my line. Ever since she passed working with ATT has been absolute hell, and after this I’m likely changing services, which was the last thing on the planet I wanted to do because I will lose my mom’s voicemails. The shady people that work at this store have made losing her so much harder, thank you so much. And to think I was trying to upgrade to the 15, this is a solid way to lose customers.

I can't complain at all. Yesterday I went to the AT&T store and I was helped by a very very kind person named Michael who speaks Spanish and English. It was the best experience I had since I had already gone to another place a while ago and they had not oriented as it should, even my son had a bad experience in that other place but I decided yesterday to look for information about another place that was better and I do not regret it. The treatment was very excellent, very friendly and respectful, they answered all my questions and gave me many more additional answers to what I was there for the time I was asking and they treated me with great calm and patience. That's the way everyone should work.

Never had much luck with customer service at the other at&t stores/ reps but this location with Mike working has changed my mind. Very helpful and got things done very quick and efficiently. I will only be using this location from now on. The rest of the staff was helpful here also so thank you.
