“Went in two days in a row and the service I’ve had over here has been phenomenal! I work in the retail industry and it was awesome meeting Joe and Gordon who were more than friendly towards me. I ended up buying a used bike rather than one from them and they didn’t treat me any different when I dropped it off for a tune up. I will definitely be buying a nicer bike later on next season and I will only go here from now on. “I purchased a new Trek DS 3 from Trek bike Newington last October. I returned in 30 days for its first tuneup which was done while I waited.
I then brought the bike back today for its level 1 tuneup which was free with the purchase.
Staff recommended I hold off until late summer once I’ve put more miles on.
The reason for this post is that the mechanic stopped what he was doing to tune my shifting so I would be good to go all summer.
It’s this type of service that make me glad I went to Trek bike Newington for my new bike.

“This place is excellent. Everyone who works there is friendly and kind and super helpful. My husband and I brought our 2-year-old e-bikes in for a tune up (regular check and maintenance) and my husband needed work on his brakes. They fixed everything. Can’t wait to go out for a ride today! Turn around time was great (we had our bikes back for the weekend).
Very transparent. They called to tell us of extra parts and costs ahead of time to make sure it was okay. Prices are very reasonable. $130 for each annual maintenance. Highly recommend. We’ll be back every year.”
