My favorite supermarket for getting fresh morning pastries to go with my coffee. The Boston cream donuts and the pecan maple danish are absolutely delicious. The staff is always polite and friendly, always ready to help and wish you a great day. Thank you for the excellent service and for making my mornings brighter!

Not the best selection, or the lowest prices, but as a licensed croissant connisuer, I will let you in on a secret. Big Y's store made croissants are the best I've come across, period. You're welcome.

If I could give it a zero I would this store is a piece of garbage useless not prepared and doesn't care I've given feedback more than five times and they don't care and it's something as simple as how do you not have fried chicken at dinner time we're not talking once or twice we're talking seven times in 3 weeks I speak to a manager John and he just looks at me like I'm sorry that you feel that way lady okay well shopping here for over 10 years and in the last year I've gone other places and now I'm completely done peace of garbage store and company

Horrible service. 30 minutes for sandwich person to make 3 sandwiches for customer in front of me. Has no intuition to tell me over the 30 minutes waiting to order a pizza to tell us the pizza department was closed. No sign suggesting the pizza department was closed. This place is a hot mess, avoid at all costs.

Bought some frozen lobster meat. 1st, the lady at the meat department looked at me as though I couldn't do the math in my head that a 2lb package of meat would cost a bit of money. Then, throughout my subsequent meals, the meat had gritty bits that would hurt my teeth. I know it's not fresh off the coast, but it shouldn't be painful to eat either.
I would consider asking the store, during the summer months, where they're lobster meat comes from.

The people in the pizza department weren't very attentive and non friendly. Also the pizza was cold cold when I got it home and I picked it up at the time I said I would. The crust was just pulling off of the pizza not sure why. This is the 2nd time the pizza was cold after picking it up. I probably won't be buying the pizza from here anymore.

We ordered grinders for a party that we were having. I have to say they were delicious well-made not skimpy and on time the cost also was very fair when considering alternative. They also included mustard and all the condiments along too. I would recommend you consider using BigY’s sandwich deli.
