“Today I picked up my Tiffin Phaeton from being repaired at “CT Motor Cars & Coaches”. As a result of an accident, the rear cap needed to be replaced. I was extremely impressed with the overall repairs and the new paint that was required on the replacement pieces and the coach. The paint match and finish were “excellent”. The fit of the new pieces were matched up perfect with the rest of the coach and ALL body lines were even and level, all seals were taped when the caulk was applied which made them completely level and even. Super job and it looks even better than what it did coming out of the build assembly plant. Wendy and Brian were great to deal with and kept me fully updated throughout the entire process. While they had my coach, I had some other minor paint issues worked and resolved. They also installed the “Vroom” system in my bedroom slide. This is one of the best upgrades I have made to my coach and it works great. Thank you to “Rick” in spending all the time with me going over the Vroom system and how it works.
