“84 Lumber is a great resource to purchase lumber. I stopped by here Monday and bought some 1” x 6” x 8’ common planks. It started raining while I was driving there, so I was slightly concerned about my new wood getting water damaged, but Kevin was a good guy and wrapped it in plastic for me so it would be protected. Actually, both of the gentlemen that were working today were friendly and knowledgeable. The service I received here today was 2nd to none! Thank you!”

“I'm giving 4 stars because normally they have what I need. I took one star away for knowledge and staffing. I understand that in 2022 it's difficult to get new staff but at least train the ones you have well. There costumer service skills suck. Unlike depot lowes doesn't bring in knowledgeable dept heads like lic plumbers or electricians so sometimes trying to get a question answered is impossible. I pretty much live at plainville lowes but have had to shop at the Bloomfield store, OMG if I could give that store 0 stars I would. It's horrible. Attitude, customer service, ability to get products that were out but sitting on the upper shelf for a week and none one restocking!! Horrible”
