Body wash and deodorant are locked with a button to call for staff to unlock it. After pushing the button every 5 minutes and waiting for 15 minutes, I went to the front to ask the cashier to help, she said she never heard the alert. I could hear it when I pressed it though so not sure what the issue is. I get they need to prevent theft but this is extremely inconvenient for shoppers and I will be going elsewhere for personal items. Pharmacy has been good though so I will continue to go there for prescriptions.

Terrible customer service. I don’t feel like anyone in the store has a brain. I asked the cashier where the gift cards were and he sent me to the greeting card section. Then asked another staff member in the store and they couldn’t help me either. 0 manners, 0 brains, never again.

This is a horrible CVS never been to one any woes, the staff is extremely rude and friendly or welcoming, we've been here several times and they couldn't pull up me or my two daughters name on there system I made appointments for both of my daughters to get vaccinated so they didn't keep getting sick and they were trying to make me fill out paper work for a second time because they couldn't see it on there system then I did and i forgot one of my daughters insurance card but i had the other and I asked if they could cover both of my daughters because they both had the same insurance and they said no which I understood but then they said I had to pay for both of the kids because I forgot one insurance card and not taking my other daughters, then I got upset and said can't you just take the one I have, then they raised there voice and told me to leave and there not going to vaccinate any of my children never go here

Showed up for my script in tons of pain post surgery. Apparently there was some kind of authorization issue for the script the Dr sent (gotta love our medical system). Was told the pharmacy was going on lunch so they will get to it after. Glad lunchtime keeps patients from receiving the care they need. Imagine if every business just stopped for lunch?

I always shop here and love it but when the sign outside says that the pharmacy opens at 9 on Sundays but it’s closed and the girl inside said they open at 10 it’s disappointing. Change your sign!

So I just want to give a little credit where credit is due to this CVS. A few months ago they were very understaffed and very slow and things just weren't the right way to the point where I almost changed my pharmacy and my go-to store. But I don't let things go that easy and I have to say I'm happy I stuck with it because Within the last few months this store has turned itself around and has become very reliable for example I had surgery the other day and within a few minutes my medication was ready also when my son was at the walk-in his medication was ready as soon as we were leaving the door of the walk-in. I was very impressed by the CVS Pharmacy. The store itself is very clean and has a lot of stuff stocked in it especially for last minute Christmas gift and sweets and for everything else we go to CVS for. The staff is very nice and friendly the lines are not as long as it used to be at all I especially like the self checkout option. So all in all I just wanted to give a shout out to the CVS for getting things back to normal.

Rude staff at the pharmacy. Use another location for pharmacy if you can,since this location doesn't let you use prescription discounts per the pharmacist.

I planned to stop in at CVS Pharmacy to look for a thermometer. I went after work on my way home and arrived just before 7. The parking lot was empty, the store dark and the doors locked. I'm glad I wasn't expecting to pick up a prescription because I would have been out of luck. Doesn't seem like much of a way to run a business.

Understaffed and awful. I did not think there was a CVS worse than the one in Farmington. I was wrong. The vaccination area is not isolated from the general pharmacy traffic. People are on top of each other. Disorganized. No confidence in this place at all.

Trying to get a prescription filled is frustrating when they say your insurance company won't cover it .when you actually make the calls and find out that they don't have it in stock
