The food here I’m is poison, plus the guy with glasses at the front got angry because I didn’t turn the can enough so he could scan it, super rude and just white trash. I’ve never seen such a disregard for a customer. Stay away from this place.

Last time I was here, they put my EBT card through without any problems. This time, on December 12 2023, at 7 PM, the guy told me straight up that he didn't know how to work EBT cards. he tried putting it through for about 10 minutes before coming to the conclusion that there was not enough money on my card, which I know is wrong, because there's a $65 balance on it. You should really focus on properly training people on every actual aspect of their job before putting them on by themselves.

Listen to the other one star reviews for this place: came here for a propane refill around 10:45 AM, their giant tank is visible from the road. Went inside, asked the cashier, she turned and asked someone else behind the counter to help me and the guy just said no haha. The cashier said he was too busy prepping food for lunch.I will never understand businesses that don’t like taking people’s money. It it is my understanding that is how a business traditionally works. They could’ve had me as a customer coming back here for propane refills but now I will never come back here for anything at all ever again in my life (about 50 more years to go). Bold strategy, Cotton.Went up the road to TSC and the whole process took less than five minutes.

I am sad to say that I do not like how the owner treats his customers. As I was talking to him mid conversation he answered his phone and no excuse me or sorry one minute ... He just looked at me and answered and kept on talking on his phone. I was so uncomfortable I didn't know what to do... Walk away or stay standing there and waiting. But... The other side the store .. amazing . The men there are great. Great environment great atmosphere the jokes from my older buddy there are awesome and I feel welcome. The way he cooks it feels like it's a home cooked meal and makes me and my friends keep coming back. I will always be grateful for the work and dedication the both men put into the store. Unfortunately the owner Sammy... Well I don't think I'd come back to the package store after that encounter. I felt so terrible when I walked out of the store and I felt so good before I went in.
