From time to time , when needing a shoe for a special occasion, will drop in. Don't know why. I never leave with a purchase. They do have some great casual boots and shoes, but I have better luck with style and price at a competitors store

I went in to grab a pair of boots. I open a box and smell used boots. The bottoms were visibly worn, stickers were missing along with the stuffing paper and cardboard pieces that were found in a different sized new pair. It's funny there are try-on socks on top of the boot I selected, must be to prevent from wearing used clothing. Kohls had a similar pair for $30 less.

Very nice store. We usually only purchase shoes for my wife there. The staff is friendly, and willing to help out when asked. The pair of sandals we grabbed was a mismatch, so they searched the store for the opposite pair. After a fruitless search, they helped us order the pair online. Well done.

5 stars for customer service!Carli was amazing at the front desk! Very helpful and very friendly. Explained the rewards program and was able to sign up my daughter in a very short period of time.
