Reordered new business cards over month ago, called three times asking for update, promised to be done in few days, never did, called fourth time and ask if they want to do it or not because I can’t wait forever, rude person put me on hold and never answer, called again and no pick up, just tell your costumers how it it if you too busy or whatever and don’t BSPlace Not! recommended,

Been working with this company for 10+ yrs. always good service & product, but unfortunately they really dropped the ball on the last order. I would have appreciated a call with a heads up as it was a rather important project with a deadline, ultimately producing big headaches for a small business on my end. The owners' wife did call to question the review and apologize which was appreciated.

Robb and his staff are wonderful. They have exceptional customer service and completed a very large print job in a few days (around the holiday season, too). I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely continue to use them for all of my printing needs. They also quoted me less than half of what I was quoted at Staples!
